Section 6 - Returns and Shipping Policy

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your product.
Returns are accepted only in cases of:

Shipping damage (photo verification required)
Incorrect item received

Custom or consignment items are final sale and not eligible for return.
All products must be returned in the same condition received, with all packaging and documentation.

Shipping

We ship within the United States and internationally. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import fees, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery; however, 500 Legends LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You agree to provide accurate and current information for all purchases. Sales tax is automatically collected through our eCommerce platform (Wix Payments) where applicable.
