RICK MEARS 1984 PENNZOIL SPECIAL SIMPSON BANDIT

"Rocket" Rick Mears and the Pennzoil Special burned up the track at Indy from the early to late 80's. In 1984 Mears started in 3rd position and raced to his 2nd Indy 500 crown.
