"ART IN MOTION" RACE CAR SCULPTURE "INDIANA PEONIES" BY DOUGLAS DAVID

VERY RARE INDY 500 FESTIVAL SCULPTURE. In the spring of 2003 Indianapolis was transformed into "ART IN MOTION". A special event art initiative brought local and national artists, businesses,community and art organizations,schools and individuals together in an unprecedented way to have fun and celebrate the Indianapolis 500 Mile Race. Over 80 sculpted and decorated race car replicas were placed in the greater Indianapolis area. Here an opportunity it own one of these RARE sculptures that was painted by one of Indiana's own artist Douglas David.
